Hi,
I'm in charge of a project about neurally controlled robotic prosthesis. (See http://www.svtplay.se/klipp/1130773/rob ... med-tanken )
We are searching for an knowledgeable electronic engineer to design and implement a prosthetic controller based on Microcontrollers, or DSPs, or FPGAs. The controller must orchestrate the analog front-end and signal acquisition; signal processing (i.e. filtering and feature extraction); pattern recognition; and drive standard prosthetic devices, as well as to communication with a personal computer wirelessly. The algorithms for pattern recognition and control are already developed in higher programing languages.
Initial period of 6 months (full time) with potential possibilities of extension.
Absolutely required knowledge
• Digital design
• PCB design
• Microcontrollers or DSPs or FPGAs
• Hardware communication interfaces
Skills
• Independent work
• Results oriented
• Self-driven
A plus
• TI's microcontrollers and CCS
