Installationen går felfritt men sedan efter att jag har installerat programmet dyker genast ett problem upp, LICENSE.
Jag har mottagit en fil som från hemsidan till min epost. I mailet beskrivs det följande;
"To license the ModelSim XE product, please follow these steps:
1)Save the attached file to your hard drive, noting its location.
2)Run the "Licensing Wizard" program from within the ModelSim XE
program group.
3)Using the Licensing Wizard, specify the location of the saved
license file.
4)Optionally, allow the Licensing Wizard to Modify your FlexLM
environment variable and reboot your machine to complete the
license installation process."
Jag har inte den blekaste aning vad jag skall göra på punkt två. Det går helt enkelt inte att hitta det som det står givet i mailet.
Nu har jag äntligen fått igång programmet, lite pinsamt, tack för hjälpen. Dock har jag stött på ett problem igen, min kod som jag har skrivit på den andra datorn vägrar att fungera, trots att det är en felfri kod.
När jag kompilerar mitt projekt får jag upp 1 fel, lyder följande;
