I den här manualen på sidan 501 finns ett schema över ett halvledarrelä:

Här är en printscreen på schemat:

1. Verkar det vara en bra uppbyggnad?Figure 12 shows an isolated triac triggering circuit suitable for zero voltage switching applications. This type of circuit is also known as a solid state relay (SSR). The function of the Q1/R2/R3 stage is that the BC547 is on at all instants in time when the applied voltage waveformis high and thus holds the BT169 off. If the BT169 is off then no gate signal is applied to the triac and the load is switched off. If the input signal is switched high then the photo-transistor turns on. If this occurs when the mains voltage is high then Q1 remains on. When the line voltage passes through its next zero crossing in either direction the photo transistor ensures that Q1 stays off long enough for the BT169 to trigger. This then turns the triac on. Once the thyristor turns on, the drive circuit is deprived of its power due to the lower voltage drop of the BT169. The triac is retriggered every half cycle.
2. Hur ska man dimensionera dom omärkta resistorerna?
3. Måste inte fasen gå in överst? Om den går in underst hamnar ju spänning på gaten som öppnar/latchar triacen?
Jag vet ju att dessa finns att köpa färdiga, men det är lärorikt och billigare att göra ett själv.
