One of our employees has continued with another position within the company, why we need to recruit a Technical Support Expert to the Technical Support department. The department's responsibility is to further develop and support the support departments in our sales companies around the world. The department will have control over the various support departments competence in the area of Monitor & Control and work on developing the competence´s so that they can take care of their customers locally. In terms of product launches, the department will support and support the project by developing training plans for the sales companies together with the marketing department and also conducting the training. The department will be the ultimate expert centre where the sales companies can turn when their skills are not enough.

Service-oriented Technical Support Expert who wants to connect with the whole world
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Expert, you will provide technical support to the sales companies for M&C products and provide suggestions for other technical solutions. You will also be educating and building technical expertise to the sales companies' service centers. You are placed in the office in Sundbyberg but the role includes trips to our more than 50 sales companies around the world.
The work also includes:
- Perform system tests
- Where necessary, assist in development work
- Create standard configurations for our controllers
- Be included in improvement processes and projects to develop support
- Contribute to the development of procedures for the department.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have a higher education in the Electrical/Electronics/Data/Data communication area. You have worked for some years as an engineer, preferably in electronics and/or data. We see it as an advantage if you have experience with SCADA, VFD and programming of control systems.
You have a good technical understanding and you have very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
